Dance World

Dance World is a not-for-profit membership-based organization promoting all forms of dance, including but not limited to Ballroom, Latin, Hustle and Swing.

Dances normally take place on the second Saturday of each month.

The ever favorite Stephanie Hintershied brings us a passionate tango lesson from 7:30 to 8:15 pm. Immedately following the lesson, there is general ballroom music played encompasing Smooth, Rhythm, and Latin. All levels of dancers will benefit from this lesson.
Complimentary snacks are in the lobby.
Location: HEPD Triphahn Center, 1685 Higgins Rd. Hoffman Estates
Fees: $10 members, $15 guests, $20 membership/yr. Cash or check please. If you renew or join, that night's dance is complimentary.

Susan Cole will teach this spicy Salsa lesson starting at 7:30. It's a carefree evening, so feel free to wear your favorite tropical attire.
Following the lesson at 8:15, general ballroom music will play until 10:30. All levels of dancers are welcome.
Complimentary light snacks and water are in the lobby.

Joseph Lim will be teaching the beautiful Bolero on the third Saturday, July 18, from 7:30 to 8:15. Following the lesson there is general ballroom dancing until 10:30. All levels of dancers will enjoy dancing on the enormous wooden floor. Songs include Smooth, Latin, Rhythum and a few line dances.
Fees: $10 members, $15 guests, membership $20/yr. If you join, that evening's dance is complimentary. Cash or check please.

Join us June 13 at 7:30 for a romantic evening learning the Night Club 2 from Josh Torres. This smooth, swaying, graceful dance is often done to ballads. General ballroom dancing follows until 10:30. All levels of dancers are encouraged.
