[04/08/20]   Good evening,

The STC (Schaumburg Township Council) recommended that we cancel PTA events for the rest of the year.

Please consider allowing the Armstrong PTA to keep any Hot Lunch or Snack day money as a donation to the PTA. It wil help fund things such as movie night, birthday books, teacher luncheons durning conferences, donuts for dad, etc...

If you would like a refund, you must request money back by end of May.

The 4/14 PTA meeting will take place on Zoom, please message for details.

[03/15/20]   The Armstrong PTA will still be holding the Portillo's DNO on Wednesday, March 18.

If you plan to participate, please consider ordering Take Out or Drive-Thru.

The DNO will still take place between 5-8 pm.

It’s time to begin placing nominations for next year’s PTA officers. This is an important task because it sets the leadership for PTA in the coming year. Take a moment to consider the direction you would like PTA to take next year and who can make that happen.

Becoming involved in the PTA is an excellent way to support your children in their education! Nominate a friend, a neighbor, or even yourself (who knows better than you what a great job you will do!)

Expect forms to come home this week. You can also find it here.

Armstrong PTA is in need of several volunteers to help with Vision and Hearing screening on Wednesday, November 6. 2 shifts are available from 9-12 and 12:30-1:30. Please contact Amy Rauch at [email protected] if you are able to help.

The Armstrong PTA wants to thank all the volunteers who helped for both the Affy Tapple sale and the Halloween Dance. The events would not have been successful without our volunteers.

During October, we raised over $1,800 dollars from the Affy Tapple sale. It was a huge success and we are very thankful for everyone who participated in this fun October treat.

The Halloween Dance was a huge success with over 200 kids showing up in adorable and creative costumes. All the kids who came had a blast and we appreciate the parents taking the time out of their Friday night and coming. We raised over $600 dollars which was amazing and everyone should be so proud.

Thank you again so much and let’s continue to be Champions on Fundraising together.
