American Dance Academy Celebrating over 25 years of teaching DANCE in the Hockessin area! Find out more about our awesome Classes begin in September and end with a recital in spring.

For over a decade the American Dance Academy has been providing students
of all ages with excellent dance training. Summer programs are also available. Students are taught dance technique along with socialization, use of energy, coordination, body awareness and confidence. Basic technique classes progress into single dance steps, combinations, and eventually into complete routines. Our state of th

e art facility includes 2 dance rooms complete with hardwood sprung dance floors and high ceilings, a large waiting room with 36” flat screen viewing monitors for each dance room, and a student lounge in the back where older students can relax, do homework and prepare for their classes.

🔥 WOW…what a week! 🔥

Our Dance Company dancers absolutely brought the energy this week with the incredible Mr. Manny Castro! Straight from Miami, Mr. Manny shared his exciting, high-energy Latin Jazz style, and our dancers rose to the challenge every single day.

We’re so proud of their hard work, passion, and willingness to step outside their comfort zones. Watching them grow throughout the week has been amazing!

And the best part? This is only the beginning. As they continue to rehearse and refine this piece, it’s going to become something truly unforgettable.
