children first preschool directors and teachers are credentialed by the Delaware Department of Education and are members of: National Association for the Education of Young Children, Delaware Association for the Education of Young Children and the Nursery-Kindergarten Association of Delaware. Children are encouraged to be independent and to develop skills that foster a positive self-image. Hands-o

n activities with age appropriate goals are available in classroom centers. Each child is unique and is encouraged to work in his or her own way to develop to full potential. Our goal is to foster a love of learning in a caring atmosphere. Children 2 thru 5 years

Friday, June 4th was a very emotional day for Anna & our cfp teachers/families.
The day started with Anna’s oldest grandson, Trey Aldas graduating (with honors) from The Charter School of Wilmington. He will be attending Texas A&M University in the fall, majoring in Electrical Engineering.
As soon as the ceremony ended, Anna was back at cfp cleaning & packing up the last few items left in the building. The removal of the cfp logo from our front door (with Karen & Colleen) was the final step. With many tears, Anna locked the door to cfp for the last time at 11pm, but the memories of this magical place will live on forever.💙

cfp End of the Year Picnic is this Wednesday, 5/26, 11:30-1pm at New Garden Park (8938 Gap Newport Pike, Landenberg, PA, Rt. 41 N. from cfp)

Families/Friends/Alumni please join us one last time for some afternoon fun. Remember a blanket for sitting & this year will be bring your own picnic lunch. It’s also async day for area schools so we hope to see lots of our alumni as well!
