Sanford School A beautiful college-like campus sets the stage for an exceptional educational experience.

Sanford School is a creative and inclusive preschool–12 community that encourages students to embrace their individuality, tap into their talents, stretch their skills and broaden their ambitions. Sanford's teachers and programs allow students to discover and hone their individual talents. At the end of each student's Sanford journey, he or she is confident and well prepared for the challenges that follow high school.

On to the next update of the Exceptionally Sanford Campaign!

When you visit campus, you’ll notice that our Sports Center parking lot has construction equipment for the Middle School Greenspace. This new outdoor space will sit between the Middle School building and the parking lot, giving kids even more room to play and learn outside.

It’s the last piece of the Middle School project, and we can’t wait to see it finished. Stay tuned for more updates as construction continues!

For our Sanford alumni and friends who haven’t visited campus recently, we thought you’d enjoy learning about some of our updates and what else we have planned for the Exceptionally Sanford Campaign. This is the first in a series, so get ready to see some big changes around campus!

First up is the Nancy C. Sawin Math/Science building. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, we were able to completely transform it. Classrooms are bigger and brighter, we added a new science lab and updated bathrooms, and outside there’s a fresh patio and walkway connecting our upper school campus. What used to be an older space is now somewhere kids actually want to hang out, even when they don’t have class there.
