We finished our month on Transportation and are well into our spring theme with Letter Mm, number 4, Hexagon and color yellow. We even had some outside time finally!!!

We have been learning about transportation this month. Last week we wrapped up Letter T. We got some much needed outside time including a picnic lunch! We learned about St Patrick’s Day and played with car ramps, exercised and much much more!

We have been having so much fun already this month learning about Transportation. We are learning g about different means of transportation and where we use them. We have been able to get outside a little bit and used Danny Go, working on our colors and shapes, numbers, letters and motor skills as well!

Finished up our Community Helper theme for Februarywith fire safety and learned how to Stop, Drop and Roll, when and how to call 911, tried a maze for the first time, and have discovered Danny Go for brain breaks and some physical activity!

So much fun last week! We played some new games working on our letter sounds; a game working on our shapes; dress up; lots of pretend play and finished up our unit on dentist/healthy teeth! This week we are learning about firefighters and fire safety!

Some of these pics may be duplicates but this is our week last week! We learned about what a dentist is and how to take care of our teeth, lots of pretend play, working together and valentines fun! We also tried out our new light tables which are a hit!

Hi, I will be updating our page every Friday afternoon from now on. We are learning about community helpers, lots of hands on learning, beings “doctors to our pets and babies, matching our shapes, drawing, everything we do supports social and emotional development, sharing, taking turns, team work, empathy, and much more! These kids are happy and it shows!
