Saturdays Muay Thai / MMA striking and gi intermediate classes taught by every Saturday.

Join our Muay Thai / MMA striking class and learn defense, combination striking and counterattacking, movement, angles and an understanding of when and why to do certain techniques. Build your fight IQ smart fighting. Your will definitely shed weight and get into sick shape. 🥊

Gi class is focused on grip fighting guard passing, guard retention, sweeps, submissions,throws and pins. Jiu Jitsu that is great for self defense, competition or to get into shape while learning a very important skill. 🥋
