HoLa’s volleyball team has had a phenomenal 2026 season and is headed to the championships undefeated with an 8-0 record! 🏐 Thank you to Coach Lombana and congrats to all of our graduating 8th grader players! ⭐️

HoLa MoMA curated by our amazing Srta. Gaxiola features a selection of student art work representing the entire student body K-8 - and it is spectacular as always! Student pieces includes painting, pencil, collage, clay sculpture, woven paper, and more. 🖼️ 🎨 🖌️ 💜

Yesterday HoLa had the pleasure of participating in a theater festival with other ISA schools, hosted by our friends at the Spanish Consulate’s Education Office. A group of 4th graders performed a skit about Spain’s contribution to the American Revolution - with a comedic flair and an original song by our own Srta. Alonso. And a group of 8th graders performed a surreal multimedia piece including dance, poetry, and shadow puppetry (teatro de sombras) created by our students with guidance from Srta. Gaxiola. Todo en español, por supuesto! They all did a wonderful job! 🇺🇸 🇪🇸

So proud of our HoLa students who represented our school in Orlando at the National Geography Bee, National History Bee, and National Mathematics Bee! 🌎📚➕

At HoLa we connect learning across subjects and cultures, using the city as an extension of our classrooms!

Our 7th graders are studying the American Revolution and deepened their understanding through the study of period artwork at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Students had a guided tour in Spanish led by Srta. Gaxiola, our very own HoLa docent and art teacher extraordinaire.
