Mom found these in Grandma’s attic recently and I had to share! These articles have to be close to 20 years old. I was a little blonde squirrel 😂

Donnie Mac guided us back then. RIP Donnie. And now im blessed to be doing the same.

A lot has changed around here, but my memories and roots growing up in Hobe Sound give me the opportunity to help preserve some of that OG surf culture while dialing these kids in. A lot of Donnie’s coaching style still lives in me and probably always will 😂

Pretty cool seeing it all come full circle.

Congrats to Lexi on getting her first hardboard! She has worked super hard for this and has definitely been one of the most improved surfers in our Surf Team training over the past two months.

I’m excited to watch her keep progressing and developing her love for surfing. One of my favorite things is watching the kids make that transition from a soft top to a real hardboard. It’s just a completely different feeling riding a real surfboard on a wave.

But I always make sure they’re ready for it first. They need to understand ocean safety, surf etiquette, and how to properly control their board. Lexi is ready.

Kids and parents ask me all the time, “When can they get a hardboard?” and I always make sure we wait until they’ve truly understand safety and control.

I kind of take a martial arts approach to moments like this. Getting your first hardboard is almost like getting promoted in Jiu-Jitsu.

Lexi just went from Whitebelt to Blue Belt! 😂

Thanksgiving Camp is LIVE! Aka… TURKEY CAMP 🦃

One of my favorite camps of the year. The kids come back with experience post summer and are ready to charge the fall surf!

Grab your board, wetsuit, and surf skate, we’re going after bigger waves and diving into more advanced techniques 📈

Great times at the 🏴‍☠️Treasure Coast Board Riders🏴‍☠️ tag team event today. We didn’t defend the title but last year I had a pack of grom’s on the sand with a dream and today they were competing against the best adults on the treasure coast and they surfed great. All under age 12! All under 2 years surfing experience! So that’s a huge win in my book. Saw some old friends and got to catch up and tell funny stories. That’s what these events are all about. Thanks Brando! And congrats to Fort Pierce Surf & Skate on the win!

first camp ever! We had 5 kids in camp! Im being silly in the pic but im PRAYING for this to work, I came home and went all in on my dream to guide the next generation of Hobe Sound kids. I give my full heart to this mission. Now look! We’re growing and so are the Kids! I have over 13 kids actively competing locally now as and have shared waves with hundreds of kids now. Thank you for the support and thank you god for guiding me. Thank you Johnny Stoke for being there since day 1.
