Good morning Will Rogers Families:

We appreciate your patience as we navigate new pickup and dismissal procedures. Below is a visual with instructions for each pickup/dismissal site. Please note the front entrance is not a pickup/dropoff zone anymore as it is our bus lane. If you want to walk your child to the entrance we ask that you only use the front entrance for safety. Please do not walk up your children to the vehicle pickup/drop-off locations. If your child is walking home, please notify your child's teacher and they will be released to walk home through the front entrance at 2:35 p.m.

We will be making a change starting today to have our Prek students be picked up and dropffed off at the Prek entrance near the staff parking lot. If you have a Prek student and older siblings they will all come in and be picked up at that location. Older sibilings will go to their youngest siblings designated site.

Parents, it is critical that you follow our rules and procedures at all times for the safety of all familes, students, and staff. Please be patient as we navigate the new changes, everyday we will improve and it will be smoother and faster.

Buenos días, familias de Will Rogers: Agradecemos su paciencia mientras nos adaptamos a los nuevos procedimientos de llegada y salida. A continuación, encontrarán una imagen con instrucciones para cada punto de recogida y entrega. Por favor, tengan en cuenta que la entrada principal ya no es una zona de recogida o entrega de alumnos, ya que ahora es el carril exclusivo para autobuses. Si desean acompañar a su hijo caminando hasta la escuela, les pedimos que utilicen únicamente la entrada principal por motivos de seguridad. Por favor, no acompañen caminando a sus hijos hasta las zonas de recogida y entrega en vehículo. Si su hijo regresa a casa caminando, notifíquenlo al maestro; el alumno podrá salir caminando por la entrada principal a las 2:35 p. m. A partir de hoy, realizaremos un cambio: los alumnos de Prekínder (Pre-K) deberán ser recogidos y dejados en la entrada de Prekínder, cerca del estacionamiento del personal. Si tienen un alumno de Prekínder y hermanos mayores, todos ellos entrarán y serán recogidos en esa misma ubicación; los hermanos mayores deberán dirigirse al punto asignado para el hermano menor. Padres de familia, es fundamental que sigan nuestras normas y procedimientos en todo momento para garantizar la seguridad de todas las familias, los estudiantes y el personal. Good evening Will Rogers Families:

We are excited to welcome you all back to another amazing school year! We are making changes to our morning routine this year in order to create an environment more conducive to sutdent success. Our school will now open at 7:30 a.m. and we will use a different pick up and drop off system detailed below. Please be patient and flexible as we are implenting the new procedures, we will ensure safety remains top priority throughout this new implementation.
The area in yellow is the route for PreK-2nd and any older siblings to be dropped off and picked up via vehicle from 7:30 a.m.-7:50 a.m.
The area in green is the drop off and pick up for grades 3rd-5th only.
Parent Parking will be available

La zona amarilla es la ruta para dejar y recoger en vehículo a los alumnos de Preescolar a 2.º grado y a sus hermanos mayores, de 7:30 a 7:50 a. m. La zona verde es solo para dejar y recoger a los alumnos de 3.º a 5.º grado. Habrá estacionamiento disponible para padres.

Student rosters have been posted at the front of the breezeway doors for all students who have completed the enrollment process for this year. If your child's name is not listed on the roster, that means you have not completed part of all of the enrollment process. Thank you!

🎶💃 21st Century has come to an end for this school year! To close out the year, our students put on an amazing flamenco performance. Some students learned to play the guitar, others practiced singing, and many showed off their incredible dancing skills.

We are so proud of all of our 21st Century students for their hard work, dedication, and amazing performances. Thank you to everyone who helped make this program so special. Our students did an amazing job! ❤️🎸✨
