❤️ High-Impact Tutoring is now available FREE to eligible students through RTS Learning Foundation! ❤️
This has been one of the biggest prayers on my heart.
Three years ago, on July 10, 2023, I took one of the biggest and scariest leaps of my life and launched Rojas Tutoring Services. I had no idea that saying “yes” to God would lead to something so much greater than I could have imagined.
Over the last three years, I have had the privilege of watching students learn to read with confidence, overcome challenges in math, strengthen their English language skills, and believe in themselves again. Every success story has reminded me why this mission matters.
As I look back, I realize this journey was never just about tutoring, it was about changing lives, creating opportunities, and giving students the support they deserve.
When I thought this dream had reached its greatest potential, God reminded me that His plans are always bigger than mine.
That is how Rojas Tutoring Services grew into RTS Learning Foundation.
I remember praying that one day financial barriers would never stand between a child and the education they deserve. I prayed that every student who needed support would have the opportunity to receive it.
As we celebrate our 3-year anniversary, I am overwhelmed with gratitude because I get to say:
That prayer is becoming a reality.
Through RTS Learning Foundation, High-Impact Tutoring is now available FREE to eligible students, allowing us to serve even more children and families in our community.
To every tutor who has been part of this mission, to my family, to every parent who trusted us, and to every student who has walked through our doors, thank you. You are part of this story, and this milestone belongs to all of us.
Most of all, thank You, God. None of this would have been possible without Your guidance, Your provision, and Your perfect timing.
Three years down… and we’re just getting started.

NMOST Women in STEM Summit 2026

What an amazing day surrounded by strong, inspiring women all in one room!

I had the opportunity to listen to our future leaders and hear their stories, dreams, and journeys in STEM. It was a powerful reminder that success often begins with a spark of curiosity, an involved parent, a mentor who believes in us, or a teacher who sees our potential before we see it ourselves.

Each of us is shaped by our environment, the opportunities we are given, and the people who encourage us along the way. Today reinforced the importance of exposure, education, and representation for the next generation.

I left feeling grateful, inspired, and hopeful for the future. Here’s to continuing to open doors, create opportunities, and empower young women to pursue their passions fearlessly.

💙 Circle Time & Social-Emotional Learning 💙

One of the highlights of our first day was Circle Time! Students gathered together to build connections, practice active listening, share their thoughts, and learn more about one another.

At RTS Summer Reading Program, we believe that learning goes beyond academics. Through Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), students develop important life skills such as communication, self-awareness, empathy, teamwork, and respect for others.

Creating a safe and supportive environment helps students feel comfortable taking risks, participating in discussions, and growing as learners.

It was wonderful to see so many students engaged, raising their hands, sharing ideas, and beginning to build a strong learning community. We are excited for all the growth, learning, and memories that will be made over the next few weeks!
