2024 vs now

I got my pro card in 2024 in Pittsburg.
I’ve been lifting hard and trying to grow the last 2 years in hopes to compete in Florida this August for my pro debut.

*Or someone experienced and just needing some extra help and motivation.

Whatever the case may be let me help you. The way I do it takes out any of the guess work. I use an app that stores everything for you. A place to see daily habits and create goals as well as see your macros and plans. We can set you up on just nutrition/workout plans, or both.

With 14 years of my own experience as well as using coaches myself, I’ve learned a lot. I know that everyone is different and they all need different things. I’m willing to put in the work to get to know your body and what it needs.
