All athletic practices and workouts have been canceled for today due to the storm.

Attention River Forest Ingots – Fall Sports Are Almost Here! 🏆

🗓 Official IHSAA practice starts Monday, August 3, 2026 for all high school fall sports student-athletes – and attendance is mandatory.

If you have a conflict, talk to your coach before practice.

✅ To participate on August 3, you MUST have a valid IHSAA Physical on file:
• Dated on or after April 1, 2026
• Turn it in to your coach or bring it to practice.

🏥 Need a physical?
North Shore Clinic is recommended for families that need physicals. In August, Physicals scheduled with an appointment through North Shore and conducted at River Forest have free options.
