With grief, we remember a beloved member of the Berean Academy family. For many years, the Steele family has been a treasured part of our school community, and we are deeply saddened by the loss of Nelson. As a father of two student athletes in multiple sports, you likely saw him on the sidelines, heard his affectionate nicknames, and enjoyed a conversation with him.
As we remember his life and the lasting impact he leaves on those who knew him, we extend our heartfelt love and prayers to his family and all who mourn his passing.

A celebration of life will be held at Bayside Baptist this Saturday, October 10th @ 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like you to consider a donation to their children’s education fund. This will allow continuity in a time of uncertainty, and maintain close connections with classmates, teammates, mentors, and loved ones at a time when community truly matters.
