📅 SCHOOL SCHEDULE REMINDER

Hitchcock ISD families, please make note of two upcoming days with no school for students:

🇺🇸 Monday, September 7 — Labor Day
All Hitchcock ISD campuses and district offices will be closed.

Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

📚 Friday, September 11 — Student Holiday
September 11 will be our first Friday off for students as part of the 2026–2027 school calendar. Hitchcock ISD staff will report for a Professional Development Day.

We hope our Bulldog families enjoy the long Labor Day weekend, and we look forward to welcoming our students back on Tuesday!

WEATHER UPDATE | Tuesday, September 1

Hitchcock ISD continues to monitor Edouardo and any potential impacts to our area.

Classes WILL BE held on a normal schedule today, and at this time, all after-school activities will also continue as scheduled.

District officials will remain in contact with local emergency management and continue reviewing updated weather conditions throughout the day. Should any changes to school operations or after-school activities become necessary, we will communicate those updates as soon as possible through our district website, email, and official social media channels.
