The NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes recognize the academic prowess of student-athletes and teams across the NFCA's six membership categories. Athletes who achieve a 3.5 or better GPA on a 4.0 scale are recognized as NFCA Scholar-Athletes.

GREENSBORO, N.C. - July 27, 2022 – For the third consecutive year under Head Coach Phil Brua, Hiram Terriers baseball earned the 2021-22 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award, as announced by the ABCA on Tuesday. "We are very proud of our team and their accomplishments in the classroom," Brua said. "As the program continues to build on the field, it is important to have a foundation of strong students in the classroom."

Teams from every level of college and high school baseball were honored with this year's award, which highlights programs coached by ABCA members that posted a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale for the entire 2021-22 academic year.
