Today’s shoutout has to go to MISS BRYAR!

This girl has been with me for just 6 months. She came in ready to WORK back in January with not so much as a back bend. She has put in the hours in the gym, the hours at home working her drills and conditioning and today accomplished the giant task of her first back handspring with no spot on a level surface!

Keeping up Bryar! I am so so proud of you! You are a star sis!!🤩
