The first day of summer school 2024! This crew is mixing planting media so everyone can plant snap peas and a giant sunflower! I envision having several pictures to post, but the morning went fast and was packed full of activities and learning! Hopefully, we can more pictures next week.

Carrot planting time! This will be the fourth year we have started them in winter sowing jugs. Works great and the kids love carrots.

Spring is around the corner. Time to prune the grapes. Many people do not know we can even grow grapes in northeastern Montana. This grape is "King of the North" and it is a fantastic producer.

The kids are making great arrangements. They know how to get smiles arounf school too. This lemon herbal themed arrangements mad ethe office staff happy! The kids enjoyed some fresh lemon too!!!!

It is salsa time! I have made salsa with students in class before, but it has been awhile. This class is always willing to try most anything, so I gathered up the supplies and today was the day to give it a try. The kids and I grew the tomatoes, onions, green peppers and Mrs. Mogan grew the jalapenos.
