Today the moms in our Mother Child class talked OT, PT, regulation and feeding therapy with our monthly “mom mentor” speaker Susie Thorpe, SLP and founder of . We could have spent hours and hours ⏳ learning from this impressive mom of three who is balancing parenthood and commitment to career/passion as an expert in her field.

Many thanks to these women and “mom mentors”, many of whom are past or present UCECP parents, and so willingly share their wisdom and encouragement with the families in our class. Mom-to-mom, lifting each other up, sharing and learning together is what our Mother Toddler and Mother Child classes are all about 🤍

Birds-eye view on the big build.

Our 4s students have been busy this morning building on the playground. They are learning key foundational skills like problem-solving, spatial awareness, balancing and manipulation of physical objects, all while negotiating and working together with others. It’s been a productive morning for these hard-working students at the UCECP🧱🤯😊
