HI! Just using the MOST adorable first feeding video I’ve ever seen in my life to remind you that there are so many ways to handle solids when it’s time! You don’t have to start with rice cereal. ps: this avocado eater is now 8 and is obsessed with Taylor Swift and has a skincare routine!!! 🤣🤣

Another example of ✨magic breastmilk✨

The left more yellow milk is what my client pumped this week when her baby was sick - ear infection/cold symptoms. The right is a frozen milk bag from a few months ago. When you learn about how a woman’s body can analyze the baby’s saliva and then pump out (pun intended) exactly what that baby needs, it’s really quite amazing!
