Vice Principal of Student Life, Ms. Amanda Adamcyzk ’93, P ’20, notes that in addition to teaching her the hand gesture for infinity heart, incoming Seniors are joyful, bright, curious—and wonderful models of sisterhood. Our annual All Community Welcome on September 1st is an opportunity for girls & families to say hello to old friends and meet new ones.

All NDA parents, guardians, and students are strongly encouraged to attend this fun event! Our speaker is Sherry Levin, well-known girls’ basketball coach, entrepreneur, and author. A graduate of The College of the Holy Cross, Sherry starred on their women’s basketball team and is in their Hall of Fame.

Summer is in full swing! ☀️ Math and science classes are preparing our girls for the year ahead. It’s great to see the girls back, welcoming new students to campus, and of course enjoying some ice cream to celebrate their hard work! 🍦

NDA Juniors and Seniors represented us at the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur’s Leadership Conference, held at Emmanuel College. Over four days, the girls connected with students from other SND-sponsored schools in MA, OH, PA, and CA. They discussed how to be Billiart leaders who act on behalf of peace and justice, bringing God’s goodness to our world. They also shared ideas with Sr. Mary Johnson on how to build impact through social media. They explored Emmanuel’s campus and Boston, enjoying an amazing Red Sox game!

NDA summer adventures continue with Mrs. A’s travel with family to Ireland and England! She called it, “The trip of a lifetime!” ☘️

They enjoyed gardens, castles, churches, museums, The Cliffs of Moher, and Arsenal Football Stadium. And multiple NDA sightings in the airport, including Mrs. Manning 🤩

NDA represented at the CRDA schooling show this weekend 🐎riding with our partner, Scituate Riding School, owned by NDA alumna Mary Costello ’71 🌻

Caroline ’30 rode Wynshires Aristocrat earning second place in her second ever canter test and Brooke ’29 (second left) rode Blingh in her first ever Training. These girls displayed confidence and skill during their rides – congratulations! Caroline and Brooke are both members of NDA’s Horsemanship Club. Can’t wait to start riding again soon!

Throwback to Cuvilly Bears! The Parent League organized a terrific 8th grade advancement activity. Girls created Cuvilly Bears wearing middle school kilts. This was a fun celebration to remember time spent as Cuvilly girls. Each bear is a keepsake with memories of friendships and shared experiences
