Flashback to last Friday and our annual Heritage Day tradition 💙💛 We came together for a day of fun and community - celebrating what it means to be part of NDA Hingham!

Heritage Day began as always with Mass. Fr. John Currie celebrated our liturgy. Next up: talent show, field games, and a service project for Fr. Bill’s. A day of sunshine and NDA joy!

NDA 💙💛
Last year, Natalie ’30 discovered the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur’s work at the United Nations during our annual 8th grade NYC trip. This year, she returned to NYC as a freshman—one of just a small group of girls selected from nearly 100 applicants nationwide to speak at the United Nations Working Group for Girls: GirlsSpeakOut event. After months of preparation, Natalie took the stage on Friday at the UN, sharing her voice with girls from across the country. President Kenneally was proud to be there cheering her on. Today, we share our pride in girls across the world who find and use their voices to make the world better.

NDA’s Freshman Experience continues to build connection and celebrate community. Last week, we had a special afternoon of team-building games and activities. The Class of 2030 is embracing our strong tradition of sisterhood — and having plenty of fun!

NDA Theatre Company is proud to announce our fall play: Harvey. The story of kind-hearted Elwood P. Dowd and his imaginary friend Harvey. This charming comedy — one of the longest-running comedies on Broadway — speaks to audiences of all ages with warmth and humor. At the heart of the play is a meaningful message of love, joy, and acceptance.

NDA 6th graders enjoyed a day of reflection and community, exploring what it means to proclaim God’s goodness through their lives. How being rooted in kindness helps us grow and share good fruit with others. While apple picking at Lookout Farm, girls connected this theme as they look to nurture kindness, faith, and love within themselves.
