Some of you may be wondering, besides being a Pastor, and A Business Owner Since I Was 20 years old, who is Dr.Lady P? First and foremost, I am caring mother to 3 beautiful children with whom God has blessed me to name Kayden, Jay’Len, and Kay’Len. I am a state certified Foster parent, An Event Planner, A I own a Event Planner Rental Company, An Interior Décor Stylist, A Fashion Stylist, A Online Boutique Owner, A Certified Life Coach, An Empowerment Speaker For Women, A Author, and A Business Coach.
My Work at Home Journey
Every story has a beginning and mine started in the year of 2008. This was after I found out I was expecting to have my first miracle baby the summer of July 2008. I decided to look for a work from home job to add to my income of being a 24 hour in home daycare owner. It was then that my home profession began.
It was never easy at first. Being new to the scene, I fell for many online scams that seemed promising at the time & get rich scams. The one that keeps coming back to me is the “Posting Ads for Cash” scam and to get debt free. I put all my energy and hard work to the job only to realize it was too good to be true. All I did was lose valuable countless hours and a lot of cash, and money out of my banking account. In my search, I also found businesses without genuine names who asked for your personal information and others requested money to get a job or to start a business & basically from people over seas.
It was not all scams though. I found some legitimate work from home companies that gave me hope even though the pay wasn’t much that I can turn my passion into a business full time so other people will not be scam. It was then that I was enlightened to help others avoid being scammed in 2018 when I took sick. I, therefore, began to tell the Lord that I will start doing research, researching out to the different companies by email, phone calls, and looking them up on the Better Business Bureau. I was also determine in 2018 that I wanted to help other people start a boutique and help with their business plan, vision, mission, and help them arise!
My sole purpose is to help others Succeed and be an Inspiration to All Generation. To Help People get Legitimate WAH Jobs & To Start or Expand Their Business through my Business Coaching.
WHAT IS BUSINESS COACHING?
A business coach will assist and guide the business owner in running a business by helping them clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal goals. Business coaching is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be.
Coaching and Mentoring can sometimes be confused since both roles are bringing their years of experience to the table. The biggest difference is that a mentor focuses on advising while a coach will assist the owner in goal planning and keep them accountable so that they achieve success.
Business coaches build actionable plans.
Proactive business owners seek to understand why reaching business growth goals is important to them personally, and the impact it will have on their life. After all, the business owner ultimately determines the speed and passion in which the goal is met (if ever). If it is not linked to the business owner’s personal dreams, goals and plans for themselves, there is no burning reason why getting to that business goal is critical.
After clarifying where a business owner would like to take their business, business coaching will help plan and prioritize what goals and strategies are needed to help progress the business closer to its goal. A business coach will meet with the business owner regularly, either weekly or monthly, to keep them on track to the commitments made during the past coaching session.
Coaches have years of experience that they bring to the table. They help owners figure out what their goals are, and create a road map to reach them. Their perspective on the company can help owners see which items are just tasks and which are long term objectives.
