September 28–October 2 — VE Book Fair (during school)

Dear Village Families,

As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we are excited to share that the Hilton Central School District will once again provide school supplies for all Village Elementary students. In addition, breakfast and lunch will continue to be available at no cost for students throughout the school year.

As part of the Hilton Central School District’s ongoing capital project work, Village Elementary has been undergoing a full kitchen renovation. Due to unforeseen circumstances and delays with the project, this work will need to continue into the school year. This will not impact cafeteria conditions or student safety, but will impact our ability to prepare the normal district K-6 menu each day at school. Due to these limitations, we will need to proceed with a daily lunch offering of PBJ, yogurt plate, sub sandwich (turkey, ham or roast beef), salad (following the high school menu), or cheese pizza from Dominos. We understand this may be disappointing news, but we are excited about the improvements this renovated space will bring to our students and school community.

We greatly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and partnership as this work continues. We will keep families informed of construction progress and any updates that may impact our school community.
