Hilosoft The Idea Composer is business planning simulation. A software program that simulates the actual business proposition.

Hilosoft was created in 1981 in Santa Ana, CA as a division of Convergence Corporation, a leader of video editing and special effects for the Television and Motion Picture Industry. Anyone can use this to plan or check out an idea quickly. Investors use it to study a business offering. Inventors use it to figure the merchant- ability of their idea, The Idea Composer demonstrates how they can turn

the invention into revenue. First time entrepreneurs use it for the initial start-up education. It's like a flight simulator for the fist-time pilot. The Idea Composer is inexpensive, easy to use, and applicable to any start-up business idea.

OK folks - There is no more Hilosoft. This company does not exist anymore. In its heyday it created simulation software for people that wanted to start their own company. It demonstrated how to boot-strap and determine the true cash-flow break-even point of a startup scenario. There are thousands of these programs in the world and some are still in use. It has served its purpose and is now in the bone yard.

OK enough of the videos. The best way to learn about the simulator is to use it. If you want to borrow one or use someone else's let me know. There are many out there and some are available for short term use.
