Recently, I'm reminded of this implementing this practice in my own life as my mind tried to figure out a relationship and I noticed my energy being drained & redirected from the healthy, creative life force that I much rather anchor within.

As soon as I began implementing this ritual, my reality shifted, my energy came back into use for myself and my family. And, it's also a much more likely way to call in the successful resolution and healing of relationship than allowing the mind to spin stories & run away with emotions in tow.

In short, this practice puts YOU back in the seat of Power and Creator of your own reality.

It also calls in forgiveness. Which doesn't mean forgetting. We can forgive AND still hold healthy boundaries moving forwards.

The next level would be to imagine it as from all of my ancestors to all of your ancestors...I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. This addresses the complex multigenerational web we are all inevitably woven within.

After a few years in resting phase, we are extremely thrilled to announce that the Vibrational Energy Coach Certification Program has been expanded, and is back up and running!!!

This Certification Program will now be co-taught by Joy Gardner, the original creator of the RMA Mystery School, in collaboration with Krystal Goddess and Soluna Alchemy - 2 of Joy's Graduate Students.

Together, we have co-created a program that draws on ALL of our expertise & knowledge. This Program will enable future knowledge carriers/practitioners of these unique modalities to receive certification to carry these modalities on within their own practices; or to simply allow a practice based on the Healing Arts to spring forth from within these teachings.

We are accepting only a limited number of students, as our calling is to commit to deeply hold each individual on their path to self discovery & actualization.

We guarantee after the completion of this program, you will have morphed into the new & improved, authentically aligned & embodied version of the True You.

I am thrilled to announce that a major project that has been in the wings of creation for the past year is ready to be shared and released!!

The RMA Mystery School has been such an INCREDIBLE source of information & inspiration for me along my journey. A few years ago, I myself took Joy Gardner's revolutionary Certification Program through the RMA Mystery School.

During the 3 years that I was actively a student of the RMA( I carried on past the first year certification program..because the information was just soooo good & life changing), I delved deeply into vibrational healing/wellness modalities, trance induction/hypnotherapy, subconscious reprogramming, understanding of trauma, inner child healing, emotional release/resolution techniques, epigenetics, dna activation/healing, connection with angels, guides & the unseen realms...just to name a few of the life altering subjects I explored through these years.

Simultaneously, I was studying herbalism, sound healing & holistic wellness in general; as well as building a homestead from the ground up with my Beloved and growing/deepening in relationship with multitudes of medicinal Plant Allies.

A year ago, Joy invited me into this project to assist in carrying on the Mystery School, and the transformational teachings encoded within it. I am overjoyed for this opportunity to work so closely with Joy & the other brilliantly gifted co-teacher, Jane Wallace...and together create a Program that draws on ALL of our knowledge and expertise. A Program that will allow future knowledge carries/practitioners of these unique modalities to receive certification and activate this within their own business...or allow a business based on the Healing Arts to spring forth from within the teachings they receive.

I like to walk barefoot in the grass while the dew is still on the ground in the mornings -- but today i had a special gift. The grass is suddenly full of these tiny orchid-like flowers. What a delight!

I looked them up and they are called monkey flowers and they are in the Mimulus family. I remembered that Mimulus is one of the Bach flowers and I wondered what it was used for?  I looked that up and it is a remedy for every day fears.

How appropriate!  I've listened many times to Deepak Chopra's 21 days of abundance meditations on Youtube. This morning I chose number 20, and it is about luxury – being open to receiving the luxury of little things. Feeling worthy.

When I did automatic writing with the Celestials this morning, they told me, "You are experiencing the abundance that you are capable of receiving. As your worthiness grows, we can give you more. It gives us great pleasure to be so generous--like the tiny orchids growing on your lawn."

May you be blessed by the abundance of little things, and by the growing ability to embrace the gifts that you are given.

Dreaming of the End of the World

In my dream, the world is coming to an end and I have been chosen to give the final speech.

I come to the place where the speech is to be held. I am walking and I am alone. I walk through a very large parking lot, with guards. No one notices me. I am no one special. I have not dressed up to look special. This is Washington DC and the President is due to arrive.

I have been thinking about what to say and suddenly I know what it will be.

I arrive in the designated space, which is just a midsize room with a group of elderly people and one woman standing at the podium, as if waiting for me.

They do not know who I am. I just walk to the microphone and begin to speak and suddenly it feels like a Ted Talk:

“When I was a little girl in Chicago, different people would come to our door, and each person would tell us that the world was coming to an end and that only the Chosen Ones would be saved.

“By the time I became an adolescent, I was searching for the Users’ Manual for Being Human. Surely God must have given us some instructions.

“The Ten Commandments were pretty good. And the Lord’s Prayer was quite nice, especially when I later found it translated into the original Aramaic, where it said things like mother-father God.

“But as a 13-year-old, I came up with my best idea. I decided that if you could take the teachings of every religion and culture and put them all together and sift through to find something they all had in common, then you would have the truth.

“Many years later, I came across a sheet of paper where some spiritual Teacher brought together a couple of lines from 20 different religions and cultures, and they were all some version of the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

“That is the last thing that I will say to you.”

That was the end of my speech and the end of the dream.

I could not help but notice that Joe and Jill Biden and the Obamas appear to live by the Golden Rule.

Mr. Trump lives by the antithesis of the Golden Rule:

Do what is good for Number One, and the family of Number One, and the friends of Number One and the Club of Number One, and screw everyone else. Join the Club of Number One and you will become one of the Chosen Ones.
