Introducing the new UHH Marine Science logo.
Designed by our student, Amber Forrestal. The he'e, or octopus, embraces the Big Island in a protective grip. Hidden within the design are the two volcanoes, Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, threadfin butterfly fish, manini, and a honu. The tentacles of the he'e are lined with shark teeth and ocean waves.
T-shirts, rashguards and hoodies are available for purchase in MSB 119.
