Third and fourth graders doing research at the Hilo Public Library for their Live Wax Museum Project. It was hot in the library because the AC wasn’t working… but thankfully boba was right across the street! It was a great walking field trip and we plan to do monthly visits.

Tonight at the Hilo SDA Church
Calling all Hilo residents! Join us on Thursday, October 12 at 5:30 p.m. to learn about our Hawaii Center for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery program presented by bariatric surgeon, Dr. Steven Fowler. This presentation is particularly useful to individuals considering surgery for weight loss and metabolic diseases such as diabetes.
