We will be selling a variety of Leis, exclusive locally-made care products to ulu and ola, and one-of-a-kind umbrellas.

KĪPAEPAE WELINA - Come and witness a meaningful Kīpaepae Welina on Sunday, April 9th from 9 am - 10 am at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium. Hālau Hula Kauluola is honored to be sharing space with Unukupukupu and the Kaiāulu to welcome this yearʻs 60th Merrie Monarch Festival. This is a FREE event for the community, so please come and celebrate with us the opening of this yearʻs 60th Merrie Monarch Festival.

Hālau Hula Kauluola opened its doors this year in 2022. Kauluola, are processes within hālau hula that are considered to be life’s inspiration, and that will support the welfare of their haumāna (studentʻs) physical and mental health.
