Today marks the 7th week of my application for funds refund from Global College Malta!

Firstly, what i was told about the duration of the refund process on their social media page was totally different from what i was told by one of the Finance Executive (Mr. Satender Singh (Accounts Executive) with email: [email protected]

This man made me send an NOC Since the Tuition was Wired through a UK Bank Account!

Of course, i am a lover of due diligence and so i presented an NOC.

Now its time to get my money since the 30 working weeks has elapsed!

But Guess what people?

I called Global College Malta this morning and while explaining myself, whoever it was on the other end asked if i am a President of my country or president of any Country at all!

What a rude way of responding to a customer!

This is a call for everyone to be careful of this institution!

This is an institution that requested that my tuition or part payment must be paid within 7 days!

Now its taking almost 7 weeks to process a refund for same money and when i called to ask questions regarding my money, a staff Resorts to Bullying?

Well, fingers crossed!
