The July potluck will for Back to Basics Naturally will be held back in Hillsdale again.

Exciting program will be offered this fall: Longevity based on David Wolfe's LongevityNow program. More information to follow!

Since the second Sunday in May is Mother's Day, the potluck has been changed to Saturday, May 8 at 6 p.m. at RC Smith's in Homer. This will be a special event, so please do plan to attend! Contact me if you need directions.

The April 11th raw food potluck is cancelled, but don't forget about attending the one at RC Smith's in Homer, MI on the 25th. And hopefully we will see you here again in May. Check the website for details!
