Gym Closure Update!

We are still closed but things are moving forward. We have a contractor working on getting the tree taken off the building. After that's done, we just have to do a couple of inspections. Once those are done and we're cleared, we'll let everyone know and we'll be back on the mats!

Thanks for your patience, we can't wait to see everyone on the mats again!

Good morning everyone,
Quick update on the gym. The tree in the back of the gym partially fell on the backside of the building and hit one of our gas lines. THANKFULLY the building is still structurally sound and nothing was seriously damaged. We our fortunate no one was there when the big storm hit and everyone and is safe.
Monday we have the tree being cut down and gas line being fixed. So we will be back up and going in no time! Just have to make sure it is safe for everyone before we can open the doors up. Thank you all for your understanding and calls yesterday making sure our students and the gym was okay. So no worries everyone we are fully insured and will be good to go!

Spring sports are over and I am back in the gym!

MomFit will be starting back up Wednesday June 3rd and then back to Monday's every week after that!

I also have week day and weekend availability for personal training!

Good news everyone!

We have all of our maintenance stuff completed everything's put back together, and we are going to have the April dragon's Den seminar as planned tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. for all ages jiu jitsu, followed by a barbecue at 12:30ish until we're done.

Reminder the seminar is $20 a person.
