Class Reunion November 11, 2012

Sorry about all the crap that keeps popping up on here. I'm not putting it here. It's like we're subscribed to something so it keeps showing up. I'm trying to get rid of it.

We lost another one. RIP, Jim.

Rick called me, we straightened out the misunderstanding - BTW, no drama, folks! We talked about how to move forward and not have two competing pages. In a way, it's not a big deal for you guys to have two pages to choose from, or be a part of both. But that's not really what either one of us wanted. We'd like to try to get as much of the class as we can on one page.

Some of you prefer to have a private group, so he asked if Mary and I (Louise) would move over and run the new HHS/ 72 group. That's a private page where you can post pictures, update us on what's going on in your life, reminisce about high school memories or whatever, and it won't be public for everyone to see. Hopefully that will increase the activity in the group where you guys will enjoy it more. People have been rather hesitant to post on this page.

This page will remain as a public announcement page so that those that have wanted to be a part of this group, but weren't from the class of '72, can still check what's going on with us. We'll keep the private group for the class of 72 only, which I understand a number of you have really wanted.

We're open for any feedback that you guys may have so please chip in with your comments either here or over on the other page. This group isn't ours ( as in Mary, Rick and I) ... This group is your group, it's for all of us. So please give us feedback, OK? Any ideas you have, suggestions, whatever...

As you can see we're making changes to our page here. Several days ago another page was made exactly like ours: same name, same pictures, same everything ... an exact clone. This page has been here for over 9 years and no one has ever messed with us, but I thought it was one of those scams where someone makes an exact replica of a page to gather information on people, so I almost reported it. Turns out that was not the case.

So we're making some changes to this page so that there's not so much confusion over which one you're on. We've changed our cover photo and made a slight change to the name. We left the profile pic as the hornet that Rod Bisher drew because he asked if we would use that, and we really like that idea.

We now have two pages for the Class of 72, which is fine; people have a choice. But I really didn't like that they looked exactly alike so.. this is the new look for our page. This will remain the official announcement page, and it's still a place where you can chat and share photos/memories. Enjoy!
