Wishing my Gracelynn & Ryker farewell as today is their last day 😭😭💜💙 Hope today was the best day for you both!! We celebrated by having:
Dance parties, fun with friends, donuts, pizza party, and ended it with dip & dots!

Today we had fun doing a sink or float project using toys from around our room and water! 💧 We also got creative and made our own art pieces using dot markers, stickers, and glue! 🎨✨

This week is so bittersweet for me. 🥹💛 After having Ryker in my daycare for the past year, it’s hard to believe he’s getting ready to leave me and start his next adventure. Ryker is truly one of the sweetest, kindest little boys, and I am so thankful that I was trusted to be a part of his life and got to watch him learn, grow, and become even more of the amazing little boy he is. When you care for these kiddos every day, they become so much more than a daycare child — they become part of your family, and Ryker will always be part of ours. 🥹💕 I am SO excited to continue watching him grow and see all of the great things he does, but goodness am I going to miss him. Learning Ladders definitely won’t be the same without our Ryker. 💛

This week is so bittersweet for me. 🥹💛 After having Gracelynn in my daycare for years, it’s hard to believe she’s getting ready to leave me and head off to preschool. I’ve gotten to be there for so many of her “firsts” — watching her take her first steps, learning to talk, learning to draw, watching her personality come out more and more, and seeing her grow into the sweet, smart and funny little girl she is today. I’m so incredibly thankful that I was trusted to be such a big part of her life and that I got to watch her grow right in front of me. When you care for a child for this many years, they become so much more than a daycare child — they become part of your family, and Gracelynn will always be part of ours. 🥹💕 I am SO excited for her to start this next chapter and I know she is going to do amazing things, but goodness am I going to miss her. Learning Ladders definitely won’t be the same without our Gracelynn. 💛

I’m constantly finding new ways to improve my program and make our daycare space better for the kids! 💕 I love changing things up, adding new learning areas and creating a space where they can learn, play and grow. 🧩📚 Here’s a little look at some of our daycare space and all the work I’ve been putting into it! 🥰

What a great week we’ve had! 💕 We’ve been busy learning all about our letter A, capital A and lowercase a, big and small, the difference between a rectangle and a square, identifying and counting the number 1, our seasons and days of the week, different emotions, and what kindness means! 🥰 We’ve also been practicing lining up and following our daily routines. We’ve had such a busy and fun week learning through play! 🌈📚💕

Cannot wait for our adventures for next week!
