You can purchase a refreshing cup of lemonade for $1 or a gallon for $6. We also gladly accept donations to support this wonderful cause.

Lemonade purchases are cash only, but donations may also be made by scanning our QR code.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward funding research to help find a cure for childhood cancer. Thank you for your support and generosity in helping make a difference in the lives of children and families affected by childhood cancer!

The Knee High Summer Campers enjoyed their first field trip to Eno River Farms. They learned a lot about farming, were able to taste and pick berries, and even had homemade ice cream!

Today, we say goodbye to a Knee High veteran and legend. Someone who has become such a special part of the Knee High Preschool family. After nearly 6 years of dedicated service, Ms. Nakiya is moving on to her next chapter, and while we are sad to see her go, we are so thankful for the love and care she has given to our children. Her kindness, patience, and commitment have helped shape so many little lives and created memories that will last for years to come. She has truly been an asset to our school and a trusted teacher to so many families.

Thank you, Ms. Nakiya, for all you have poured into Knee High Preschool. We wish you nothing but happiness and success in your new career. You will always be part of the Knee High family. God Bless You!❤️

Hello June 🌞🌼

June is the month that feels like a deep breath and a warm hug all at once, school memories being made, sunshine staying a little longer, and summer waiting right around the corner. It reminds us that halfway through the year, there’s still plenty of time for joy, growth, and new adventures.
