This local 5k is supporting the Special Olympics! Many of us enjoy their sports and activities, this would be a fun way to show support!

Registration at the police main office at 127 N. Churton St. from 8:30am-5:00p.m. Monday – Friday. If you need to register after 5:00pm give them a call. Feel free to call at Corporal King at (336)675-9368.

I am so proud to be a part of the latest report by AbilityPath entitled "The Journey to Life After High School: A Road Map for Families of Children with Special Needs" which will be available for FREE download at www.abilitypath.org on August 12th. While my family and I made the transition from high school to college successfully, it wasn't without its challenges. I would love to make the journey easier for others.

Congratulations to this group of hard working seniors!! We know they will do great things and come back often to visit their favorite teachers at CRHS!
