This week, we're featuring Officer Adams! ✨

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Officer Adams shared:

"As a law enforcement officer for over 25 years, I've had the opportunity to serve in many different roles--from two Sheriff's Offices to Elon University Campus Police, and now with Durham Tech Campus Police. I can honestly say my current agency and the team I work with have been the most rewarding.

Maybe it's because I'm nearing the end of my career, or maybe I've finally found a place I can truly call home. It's really a combination of several things — the incredible team I work with, the opportunity to interact with staff and students, and knowing they depend on me to help keep them safe.

It's very important to me that everyone feels safe and worry-free. For some officers, it may not be their cup of tea, but for me, it's the perfect place to be."
