Can you believe June is upon us?! ☀️ That means FIELD DAY is right around the corner! Just in case you need a reminder, here are the color assignments by grade level:

⭐️ Pre-K - Yellow
🟩 K- Lime Green
🔷 ️1st - Carolina Blue
🔺 ️2nd - Red
🟣 3rd - Purple
🧡 4th - Orange

4th Grade Party Volunteers We are in need of volunteers to chaperone our 4th graders at Branchburg Sports Complex on Tuesday, June 16th from 10:00am - 1:30pm. If you are interested in volunteering that day, please fill out the form below. All are welcome! Last day to sign up is 6/5.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the WRS Carnival tonight! From kickball to cotton candy, face painting to food trucks, it was such a fun evening for our Woods Road families.

A HUGE thank you to our volunteers, staff, vendors, and families for helping make tonight such a success! ❤️💙💛🩵

We are looking forward to tomorrow! Please park in the side staff lot or along the street. The food trucks will park along the curved driveway in front of the school. Please follow the signs for where to place your blankets and chairs — we want everyone to have a safe and fun evening!

As a reminder, this is a family event and children should remain supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the carnival. Thank you for helping us keep the event safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone!

Carnival Registration Update 🎡

Our Woods Road Spring Carnival registration officially CLOSED on Friday, and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate walk-ins the day of the event.

We know missing a registration deadline is frustrating (trust us — we’ve all ignored an email or twelve 😅), but in order to safely plan for supplies, volunteer staffing, parking, and attendance, we do need families to register by the posted deadline.

At this time, we are unable to add additional attendees. Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep the event organized, safe, and fun. We'll see you at next year's carnival! 💙

🎡 Quick Carnival Update 🎡

Right now, we have almost 500 people registered for the Woods Road Spring Carnival… and 4 volunteer sign-ups.

In the words of our kids - the math is not mathing.

If we want to continue offering fun community events like this, we truly need parent help to make them happen. The good news? We intentionally made the volunteer shifts short so no one misses the whole event with their family.

And don’t let the paper cone fool you — the cotton candy station is not nearly as intimidating as it looks! 🍭😄 Instructions will be provided for all stations!
