Explore a wide range of modern dance techniques through a blend of classic and contemporary styles while learning about influential pioneers such as Lester Horton, Paul Taylor, and José Limón. Dancers will focus on alignment, spine articulation, balance, weight shifts, suspension, fall and recovery, and expressive movement.
