With school about to start I wanted to share a classroom wish list for my classroom! I work with a special population of students with special needs we work in academics, but life skills as well.
We would love any and all help if you feel inclined to do so!

Mañana (jueves 19 de enero) es MEDIO DIA los estudiantes saldrán a la 1:00. ¡Si su estudiante recibe el almuerzo escolar que recibirán antes de subir al autobús!
Reminder!
Tomorrow (Thursday January 19th) is a HALF DAY students will be dismissed at 1:00. If your student gets school lunch they will receive this prior to getting on the bus!
Happy New Year to Everyone! We are all glad to be back in school and hope that everyone had a safe and fun holiday! We have loved hearing about the break from students and what you guys did!
Just as a reminder we do have many days that we are off during this month
1/16: No School; MLK Day
1/23: No School; Teacher Workday
1/24: No School; Teacher Workday
Exams for the general education students start on 1/13, because of that we will be having an early release day on Thursday January 19th, students will be released at 1:00 pm!
Please remember that this is only a 2 day week! Students will not have school starting on Wednesday 11/23 and will not return till Monday 11/28.
Remember that on Friday we will also be out of school to honor Veteran's Day! The students have been working and learning about what a Veteran is and why we honor them on Veteran's Day. Students have worked hard and made cards honoring the Veteran's and telling them thank you. If you have a Veteran in your family and would like card please let me know and I will make sure to send one home with your student!

Please check your child's book bag for a flyer for the transition fair taking place on November 16th from 6-7 in the OHS Media Center!
Parents please make sure to check your email for information regarding Ag Day on Friday October 7th!

We wanted to share with you that on Thursday October 6th from 5:30-7:30 at New Hope Elementary. There will be food trucks, and there will also be a representative from Vocational Rehab there to help answer any questions that you might have!

Just as a quick reminder tomorrow we will be taking our fall pictures for the yearbook! We will be taking them first thing tomorrow morning! We hope you guys have a great evening!
