Parents and students of Hillsboro Public School, we tried to send a "Back to School Letter" today through Infinite Campus. The report we received from Infinite Campus said that 59 devices were not active, so when you come in to set up your Infinite Campus Portal, please make sure we have a current cell phone and email in our system. Infinite Campus will be the #1 way we send alerts and messages this year from the school. We are excited to get started in a couple weeks. August 26 will be the first day for 1st - 12th graders. 📣 7th–12th Grade Registration Reminder!

Registration for 7th–12th grade students will take place tomorrow, August 12, and Thursday, August 13, from 8:30 AM–3:00 PM at the High School.

📚 Students already registered for their classes last spring, so there is no need to select classes again!

During registration, students will:
✅ Get access to their Infinite Campus Parent/Student Portal
💳 Pay registration fees
📝 Verify and update important information

Please stop by the high school during registration hours to get everything ready for the upcoming school year!

📢 **Important Parent Update: PowerSchool Transition to Infinite Campus**

As part of a statewide change, our school will no longer be using **PowerSchool** for student information. We are transitioning to **Infinite Campus**.

Earlier today, parents should have received an email from the school with a **unique registration link** to set up their Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

**Please note:**

* 💻 **Use a computer** the first time you register your account.
* 🔗 Your registration link is **unique to you** and can only be used **once**. Be sure to complete the entire registration process after clicking the link. If you exit before finishing, the link will no longer work.

Once you've successfully created your Parent Portal account, please complete the **Online Registration** for your student(s).

Coming soon, the Parent Portal will also allow you to:

* Pay activity fees
* Add money to lunch accounts
* Pay course fees

We appreciate your patience as we learn this new system alongside our families. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the school office or stop by during our **Registration Days on August 12 and 13**.

Alert: The Fitness Center and HEC parking lot will be worked on beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4th through Tuesday, August 11th. We are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause. The fitness center can still be accessed by parking on the north and south roads leading away from the HEC or from the parking areas west of the elementary school. You will have to navigate a path based on conditions. Also, please continue to fill out the Fitness Center form linked to the QR code. I check that form almost everyday. Things don't always get repaired quickly, it depends on what it is and if the company has the parts for the repair or if they need to be ordered. Thank you.
