Small business owners! Hidden Local NH has become much bigger than a guide to places to visit. We can now report and offer insight on how our readers (your buyers!) move through the site.
It works like this: visitors to our website don't simply find a business and leave. They may begin with a story or seasonal guide, discover a town, search for a home, become interested in a maker or experience, explore something else nearby—and sometimes begin asking a much bigger question: “Could I see myself spending more time here?”

We're calling this our Discovery Engine. At its simplest, we're learning to follow the journey:
Discovery → Intent → Connection → Next Need
We are still early, but our initial data is already showing some fascinating patterns. Stories and guides are often the beginning of the journey, while businesses, makers, products and towns become discoveries along the way.
