◼️School Hours:
Elementary: M-Th (8:00 AM - 3:25 PM),
Fri (8:00 AM - 1:25 PM)
Middle/High School: M-Th (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM),
Fri (8:00 AM - 1:30 PM)

🔹Start Your Day:
Doors open at 7:45 AM.
First bell rings at 7:55 AM,
class starts at 8:00 AM.

🔺Elementary Students:
Buses will drop off at the side entrance.
Students can be dropped off in the front circle drive of the elementary or at the side entrance,
but please stay clear of the buses.

🟤Middle School Students & High School Students:
Enter the MS/HS thru the lower cafeteria doors.

🌟We're excited to roll out a new tool that will simplify how we communicate with you.
👉Connect, built right into our Hillsboro School District app and website, offers secure and safe two-way messaging.
This addition allows families to access the information they need, when they need it. From messages to educators, to events, to lunch menus, and more - everything can now live in one place.
Why Rooms? 👈
🔴Simple. No more juggling multiple communication apps, struggling to find staff contact information, or remembering different logins.
🟠Reliable. You'll get notified automatically of new direct messages even if you haven't downloaded our district app.
🟡Safe and secure. Built-in moderation and other safety tools allow us to ensure safety of all communications, at all times.
🟢What to Expect:
Connect will become our primary method for all two-way communications between staff, coaches, families, and teachers (replacing apps like TeamReach, Remind, etc).
🔵Families will continue to receive emails from the district with district wide and general information (think Spotlights, district initiatives, and athletic event schedules).
🟣Connect will be live and ready for messaging with educators in early September, and you'll receive an invite from Apptegy and a notification from the school when the platform is live.

Friday, August 28th at the Varsity Football game, we will be honoring the youth football players from Hillsboro before the game. Also, any youth players who wear a Hillsboro jersey from any sport will get a free bag of popcorn from the concession stand.
