Hello Fellow Class of 97! Your help is needed for the family of Clint Barnhart due to sudden loss of his income. Clint & Karita have 6 minor children. Recently, Clint was diagnosed with progressive cervical myelopathy. This condition was silently present for a long time. Clint worked 19 years as a bricklayer to support his family. Early this year, Clint's symptoms rapidly progressed leading to an inability to walk without frequently falling and the diagnosis of cervical myelopathy was made. This is a progressive condition. He has been unable to work at all since March when he underwent cervical spine fusion. He learned in May that the damage to his spinal cord is permanent and that he will not be able to return to work. This family is in need due to loss of Clint's income. Prayers that he will soon be able to obtain disability benefits are appreciated and we will be extremely grateful for any financial donation until such time this long process is completed.
