Northwest Early Learning Hub We are a cross-sector team that believes we can do more when we work together. NWEL Hub serves over 7,200 children, ages 0-6 across 13 school districts.

Northwest Early Learning Hub works to ensure that young children and their families in Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties have the resources and support to thrive. The Northwest Early Learning Hub works collaboratively with community partners to coordinate resources and strategies focused on children and families in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook counties.

The Northwest Early Learning Hub- Family Leadership Council is recruiting for 2026–27!

Are you a parent or caregiver interested in:
✨ Building leadership and advocacy skills
🤝 Connecting with other families

💬 Sharing your experiences and ideas
🌱 Strengthening early learning and family supports

We want to hear from you!

The Family Leadership Council meets 5 times a year — October, December, February, April, and June.

No leadership experience is needed. Your experience matters, and your voice can make a difference!

This opportunity, called PODER, is designed especially for Latine families who want to learn more about multilingualism and how to advocate for their children’s educational success. Families will explore the benefits of bilingualism, ways to support language development, and strategies for navigating school systems.
This course is made of short modules recorded by parents, for parents!
📚 Upon completion of all modules, participants may select five free books to build their home libraries.
