🎨 Good news! The Festus Library has generously extended the Mastodon Art/Science Regional Fair gallery display through the entire month of July!

If you haven't had a chance to see the incredible artwork created by our talented participants, there's still time. Stop by the library and enjoy this wonderful collection of creativity, hard work, and imagination on display.

🎨✨ That's a wrap on our 6th–12th Grade Art Camp! ✨🎨

Today marked the final day of camp, and our students wrapped up the week by creating more collage artwork and participating in critiques. We hope everyone learned new skills, explored their creativity, and had a wonderful time!

This also brings to a close two full weeks of Mastodon Art Camps. Our teachers had an amazing time working with such talented, creative, and enthusiastic students. Thank you to every camper and family who made these camps a success!

As we celebrate the end of camp, we're also looking ahead. Programs like these are only possible because of the generosity of our community.

We're officially past the halfway point of our 6th–12th Grade Art Camp, and Day 4 was packed with creativity! 🎨✨

Today, our artists explored the art of lino printing, layered textures and ideas into mixed media pieces, and brought their clay sculptures to life with paint. It's been exciting to see their skills grow and their unique artistic voices shine a little brighter each day.

We can't wait to see what they create during the final day of camp! 💙🖌️

Day 3 of our 6th–12th Grade Art Camp was packed with creativity! 🎨✨

Our campers explored the vibrant world of alcohol ink, created colorful still life artwork, and enjoyed a fun crash course in abstract art. Every project gave them the opportunity to try something new, build confidence, and continue developing their artistic skills.

It's been so much fun watching these young artists grow throughout the week. We can't wait to share even more of their amazing work! 💙🖌️

Day 2 of our 6th–12th Grade Art Camp was all about drawing! ✏️🎨

Our campers had a great time building their drawing skills, exploring new techniques, and letting their creativity shine. It's always amazing to see each student's unique style come to life on paper!
