Here in Chicago for the past 2 plus weeks I have witnessed protests and very upset people. The amount of stress in the country is overwhelming, espcially for empaths and sensitive intuitives. I have spent the majority of time inside away from the density and franetic energy around.

I spent some time watching and listening to the words of Edgar Cayce and Dolores Cannon which assisted me in resetting my own energy and practicing some meditations with gratitude, light and love. I recently joined my ceremonial group for Pipe Ceremony and shared with them the importance of keeping the higher thoughts and desires in the outcomes we desire. Outweighing all the density that has been created. Practicing gratitude, joy, love and understanding will win over the other energy if there are all of us participating. We can still overcome the darkness with more light.

Wonderful fresh air, lots of green trees and rain. This is Maine. Many years have passed since being here in the Northern woods. Away, away from all the craziness of populated, crowded areas that remind me of the Skinner rat experiments.

Here at last and happy to be here.

I apologize to those of you that I did not create time to see when I was back on the west coast, in Las Vegas. Inspiring moments driving across the country yet again for the 10th time. It always amazes me what happens to the mind driving for long distances alone. I know there have been studies done about the loss of time and I don't think anyone has investigated what occurs in the mind- going on auto pilot yet fully conscious.

Settling in at the Lodge. For those of you who would like to see the Lodge- check out the website for Hewes Brook Lodge outside of Portage, ME. I trust I will be working with Cheryl and Phil to develop some retreats and healing circles that we will keep everyone informed of. This location is so peaceful. It’s a great opportunity for soul searching and awakening.
