Morning Star Child Care Program My name is Zuhal Abdul Alim and I am a child care provider in Washington County. I have worked with children for over 5 years.

We provide loving care for children from infancy through after-school age, creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment where learning and play go hand in hand. The first three years I worked in Russia at child care center and for the last two years I have worked in a center in Portland. I am now opening up my own program caring for infants up to the age of 6 years old.
