HBC Patriots Hills-Beaver Creek School District is located the Southwest Corner of the State of Minnesota. Just 20 mile east of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Education

The district consists of a Pre Kindergarten though grade 5 elementary school and a grades 6-12 secondary school.

1 Week Away - Standard Response Protocol Parent/Community Meeting

HBC Families,

We invite you to join us next Monday, August 24, 2026 from 6:15-7:00 PM at HBC Elementary Commons - Beaver Creek, MN to learn more about the Standard Response Protocol and how it supports the safety and security of our students, staff, and school community.

Parents of 9th - 12th Grade HBC Student-Athletes & Families,

Sports Eligibility Meeting Tonight - Monday, August 17, 2026 at 7 PM at HBC Secondary Commons - Hills, MN.

This is a REQUIRED meeting for student-athletes and at least 1 parent to review MSHSL eligibility requirements, expectations, important dates, and important information for the upcoming sports seasons.

We will also review GOBOUND which includes this year's schedules. See Link below.

A few reminders:

- 2026-2027 MSHSL eligibility form must be completed
-Students entering 7th & 10th must have a physical (valid for 3 years) Please turn into office or AD.
-Student Fees for 2026-2027 school year are $65/sport or $195 for cap. on family participation fee. You can pay tonight as secondary office will be OPEN!

There will be an HBC Sports Informational Meeting at the HBC Secondary Commons on August 17th at 7:00 PM. Please make plans to attend this important informational meeting. There will also be an opportunity to pay any sports fees due at that meeting. Junior High and High School sports fees are $65/sport, with a maximum family sports fee of $195. You can also pay these fees online in JMC.

Congratulations to the Hugo Goehle Family from Hills-Beaver Creek Public Schools!

Hills-Beaver Creek proudly congratulates the family of the late Hugo Goehle on his induction into the Rock County Hall of Fame on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Generations Event Center in Luverne.

A beloved HBC teacher, coach, mentor, and role model, Coach Hugo Goehle left a lasting legacy on countless staff, families, community members and student-athletes through his dedication to education, athletics, and the HBC community. His extraordinary contributions were also recognized earlier this year when he was inducted into the inaugural Hills-Beaver Creek Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Hugo's influence continues to live on through the lives he touched and the traditions of excellence he helped establish. Congratulations to the Hugo Goehle family on this well-deserved honor! ❤️🤍💙
