Setting intention in training supercharges our ability to improve. If we want to learn how to utilize takedowns to defend against a knife, then it’s important to actually try to hit them against variable energy.

The rules are simple, attacker attacks, defender tries to limit damage taken, and get the attacker to the ground.

Mistakes will be made. Lessons will be learned.

KCC2 in LA is only a few weeks away and we’ll be “tackling” this concept live.
