Senior Picnic 2026 was THE BEST!
Yesterday, we celebrated our amazing seniors with their senior picnic, enjoying great food, playing outdoor games, and winning raffle prizes! This is the biggest event of the year for PTO, and we have a LOT of people to thank!

A special THANK YOU to:
All who volunteered (morning shift, afternoon shift, or both!)
All who donated food/beverage items
All who made cash donations, including gift cards for raffles
Darby's own Brett Miller, Allison Kruder, and the entire Senior Class Cabinet for the outdoor inflatables/games, monetary donations, and always being there to lend a helping hand along the way!

Pizza for 44 pizzas and homemade chips
Donut Factory for 10 dozen donuts
Robin for 8 trays of mac n cheese
-fil-A for chicken nuggets (regular and grilled)
Jodi our amazing DJ!
PTO officers for their time and dedication, and many taking the day off from their jobs to help!

It truly takes a village to have a successful picnic for our seniors, and this was a wonderful and very successful day because of YOU!

What an AMAZING last Cookie Day of the year! A few cookie day’s ago, the National Art Honor Society (NAHS), asked to add some creative spirit to Darby by asking students to create paper cookies they designed by hand. Then, those cookies were added to this banner along with the school mascot Scratch the Panther as “chef”. What a GORGEOUS banner, and what as AWESOME project by NAHS!!

We need your help for our upcoming May Cookie Day for THIS Thursday, May 14. This is the LAST Cookie Day of the school year, and we only have 38 of the 110 dozen. Anything you can do to help would be amazing! Little Debbie's/snack cakes are great, too!

Ever wanted to run for president? Well now is your chance! We are looking for our next PTO President!

"Did You Know" About Being An Officer:
- You do NOT need to be a stay-at-home parent to keep up with our activities
- We only have ONE meeting a month
- We don't run as many fundraisers as other schools, and if we do, it's all ran by restaurants/organizations we partner with (ie: 20% of food sales on X dates goes to Darby PTO)
- We have limited, select events each year that we manage
- We have many members with multiple kids, multiple kids in sports/activities, and some who work multiple jobs, and they can still do PTO just fine! 😀
